7 – Final screen confirms the request has been made.
Please note:
Switch requests received by us before 5pm on a day we’re open for business will be processed using the unit price calculated based on close of market prices that day.
Fund switches will receive the next business day unit prices if other transactions are processing on the day the switch instruction is submitted.
Switches completed on a non-working day will receive the price date of the next available working day.
The switch itself will typically take three full working days to process (including the day of the switch instruction). A notification email will issue to the member once complete with a letter available in the Employee portal confirming the full details.
