How to check Employee Contribution changes

Stay up to date with changes your employees make on their profile.

As an employer it is your responsibility to keep up to date with changes your employees make to their contributions. You must amend these changes on your monthly SIF upload. This feature allows you to see all the changes take place in one section.

To view this section go to Menu & select Contributions & Payroll

Select Employee Contribution changes.

Here you can see the last 3 months changes made by employees. You can view the employee name their employee id/external id, the new percentage change, the date changes were made and it will list the cut off date.

*Every company has a cut-off date listed – this means all percentage changes and benefit group changes must be done before this cut-off date, any changes made after the cut of date must be applied on the following months SIF file.

The employees are responsible to make these changes on their profile and change their AVC(An extra payment you can make into your pension plan on top of your regular contributions.)

When this change happens the ER & EE percentages will have ‘- ‘ beside it meaning these percentages remain the same and have not changed.

If employers need to double check ER & EE percentages they can check the Retirement plan set up section (insert link here )

An Email as displayed below is sent to employers informing them of employees making changes to their contributions. The embedded link highlighted below brings the employer to the section displaying all changes made by employees.

The below email is not for Advisors and is solely for Employers.
