Am I allowed to pause my contributions?

The Plan rules will determine whether or not you are permitted to take a contribution holiday. Please contact your Employer for details. 

If I am allowed, how do I pause my contributions?

You can do so either by advising your Employer and letting them know you wish to pause you contributions. Once the Employer has been notified they must enlist you into a 'Premium Holiday Benefit Group' this drops your ER & EE percentages to 0%. you can be in the group for as long as wish to pause you contributions, this will also include people on Long term sick leave, Maternity Leave etc. To bring your AVC to 0% you must login to your account and click the box below and reduce your AVC to 0%.
