How to pay a once-off lump sum contribution into your pension

If you wish to make a once-off lump sum contribution into your pension you can do so by SIF or EFT(Electronic Funds Transfer)

To add an SP by SIF

If an employee wishes to add an AVC by SIF they must notify the employer and have the employer enter this once off amount on the SIF in columns AJ-AL as pictured below.


By Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

You can pay the amount into our bank account:

To ensure that there are no delays with payments reaching us, please quote the Employer Reference number and your name in the ‘beneficiary narrative’ of the EFT instruction to the bank. 

In addition, you should also email us the following details to [email protected]

  • Name of Employer

  • Employer Reference Number (This information is available on the 1st page of your Member Statement. You will find your Member Statement by logging into your MyPension365 account. On the dashboard, click on Account followed by Letters and select Member Statement)

  • Amount of your once-off lump sum contribution

  • Your name

  • Your member number (This information is available on the 1st page of your Member Statement. You will find your Member Statement by logging into your MyPension365 account. On the homepage, click the box labelled 'Inbox' and you can download a benefit statement as a PDF and your number will be displayed for you.
