Your account name is the unique reference we use for your Company. All employees, admins and signatories on your MyPension365 account use the account name if you forgot your password and need to retrieve a new one you are asked for your account name.
If you are unsure of your account name you can go back on emails we have sent you(these usually come from [email protected]) . It also makes up the first part of the URL (website address) you see when you're signed into your account.

Another way to find your account name is on Emails that have been sent to you from New Ireland, the account name is always located at the top of the email like below :
Once you receive the email from us, click the link and you can then sign into your account with your usual email address & password.
Administrators and signatories can change the account name
If you are the administrator of your Mypension365 account you can amend the account name within the company details section of your account
If we find a Mypension365 account associated with the email address you give us, we'll send you an email with a link to sign in. When you go to this link, your account name will be automatically filled in the Account Name field. You can make a note of this and use it to sign in from Sign in to your employer account with your email OR Sign in to your employee account with your email
