Your account name is the name for your company. It will usually be your company name. All employees, admins and signatories on your MyPension365 account use the account name to sign in, and it forms the first part of the URL (website address) you see when you're signed in to your account.

I don't know my account name  

You can enter your email address on this page to find your account name. 

If we find a Mypension365 account associated with the email address you give us, we'll send you an email with a link to sign in. When you go to this link, your account name will be automatically filled in the Account Name field. You can make a note of this and use it to sign in from Sign in to your employer account with your email
