Adding a new employee

New Employees are always added via SIF

All employees must be added up to the pension plan via SIF file.

To add employees you must populate Columns A-X - if you have eligibility rules listed for your benefit groups(these include length of service i.e. be working in the company more than 6 months before you can contribute)

Columns A-W - if you have no eligibility rules in your benefit groups.

Dark Green headers are a compulsory field

Light Green headers are optional

**Please note you are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered by you on the SIF file. Please check all information is correct before uploading to the platform.

please make sure to work in excel format and upload in CSV UTF-8(comma delimited)

**Please note you must remove the instructions in row 2 and the boxes in rows 5-10 before uploading the SIF file.
