As an Employer you have access to change an Employees details
There are certain details you can change for Employees such as:
First & Last name, email, address, salary change, benefit groups, civil status, gender.
All of these changes must be made via SIF file upload
Below are screenshots from the SIF file, these are the columns you would use to make changes to an employees details.
To change an Employee ID, PPS no, and/or DOB for a member already enlisted on the platform please reach out to the Digital Support Team. - [email protected]
If you need to make a change you enter in the new details, e.g. an employer got married and wishes to change their surname from Doyle to O'Donnell
On the SIF you populate columns A-W in column I you enter in the new surname O'Donnell, upload to the system and the change is instant.
The below are screenshots of the SIF if you require to change a home address or an email for an employee, you must enter in the new details, make sure columns A-W are populated and upload to the system.
You can make these changes on your regular contribution SIF upload, or you can download a blank SIF template from the platform and populate columns A-W to make your changes.
When using a blank template from the platform, please ensure to delete Row 2 and Rows - 6-10 highlighted below, as they are instructions and do not contain any relevant information.
**Please note when you make changes via a new blank SIF from the platform, you must ensure the newly changed details are listed on all future contribution files going forward. If the newly changed details aren't amended on all future contribution SIF files the information will revert back to the old details.**
