What should I do if I have noticed an error within the SIF after uploading?

If you have successfully uploaded the SIF but afterwards realise that data within the file is incorrect, you can upload a new SIF to overwrite this data. The portal will recognise the last SIF uploaded as the correct SIF and overwrites any information that differs from the previous SIF that was uploaded.

There are some fields that cannot be overwritten. The following fields cannot be amended after the initial SIF upload:

· Forename1

· Forename2

· Surname

· EmployeeID

· DateOfBirth

· NationalIDNumber

If you need to amend any of this information please contact [email protected] with the proposed amendment.

Important: You should not make any amendments to the CSV UTF-8 file that you had already uploaded. Amendments should only be made to your excel Masterfile and another CSV UTF-8 file should be created from this.
