The SIF - fields and values explained

The table below explains each of the fields and the values needed to complete.

The SIF is used to upload new Joiners, contributions, people leaving the company and any amendments employees may have to their Details such as name changes, emails, salary changes and home addresses.

The below columns on the SIF are green columns, the dark green headers are a compulsory field and you must have data in these fields. The light green headers are an optional field. Row 3 is an example how to use the SIF file, each row is a different member of the scheme.

The next section on the SIF is the Orange columns these fields are where you input the contribution amounts.

The Final Section on the SIF is the blue columns, these fields are used to mark an employee as a leaver if they have left the company. the last 3 columns labelled AJ AK & AL are used to add an additional lumpsum to an employees pension or to backdate a member.
