Your account name is a name or number we use to identify the employer who enrolled you in the pension plan.
You can find your account name at the top of most emails we've sent you. It also makes up the first part of the URL (website address) you see when you're signed into your account.
If you don't know your account name, email the MyPension365 Team , and we'll send you a link to sign in.
Once you've signed in, make a note of the first part of the URL (website address) you see – this is your account name.
Can I change my account name?
If you're an employee, your account name is connected to the company that enrolled you in the Plan , and you can't change it.
