We need to send you a number of important letters from time to time about your pension which will all be stored in your personal inbox. These can be accessed by clicking on Inbox on the Portal Dashboard.
Just like regular email, each message shows the subject line, the date it was sent, any attachments and if you have read it or not (look for the envelope icon next to a message for any unread messages). Simply click the view button to read your message.
If you have provided your email address, we will send you an email to let you know that you have a new message to read. If you don't have an email address, a copy of your letter will be sent to your employer so they can print off each letter for you.
