Your account name

What your account name is, how to change it, and what to do if you've forgotten it.

Your account name is the name or number for your company. It will usually be a variation of your company name. All employees, admins and signatories on your MyPension365 account use the account name to sign in, and it forms the first part of the URL (website address) you see when you're signed in to your account.

I don't know my account name  

You can enter your email address on this page to find your account name. 

If we find a Mypension365 account associated with the email address you give us, we'll send you an email with a link to sign in. When you go to this link, your account name will be automatically filled in the Account Name field. You can make a note of this and use it to sign in from www.mypension365.ie next time. 

Can I change my account name?

Signatories, admins and advisors can change an account name. You might choose to do this if, for example, your company name changes. 

If you're a signatory or admin on a Mypension365 account and would like to change the account name:

1.      Go to the Menu and select Company details from the drop down. 

2.     Choose Company details again on the menu page.

3.     Change your account name in the Company account name field of the form - your new account name must be unique.

4.     Click the blue Update button at the bottom of the page. Your new account name isactive as soon as you do this.

We don't inform your employees and other account users that the account name has changed. We recommend you let all the account users know that you've changed the account name as soon as you change it as they will need the new name to sign in. All previous account names will still be valid
