Forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password follow the steps below to get you logged back into your profile.

Step 1 - When looking to reset your password you are asked for an account name. If you are unsure of your account name use the link below to get your account name. The account name is usually the company name with '-' symbols and sometimes may contain a number at the end.

The below screen will appear. Enter in the Email that is linked to your pension account.

Step 2 - An email is sent to your email address enlisted on your Pension profile. Please click the link and the account name is already populated for you.

Step 3 - Copy and paste the account name as it appears like below, Click the Forgotten your password link.

Step 4 - Enter in your Email & copy and past the account name as listed below.

Click Reset Password.

Step 5 - You should receive an email link within 1-2 minutes. Click Reset Your password. Note that this password reset link will expire after 6 hours.

**NB - Your account name is enlisted in most emails sent by [email protected]

Step 6 - You will then be asked to create and confirm your new password. The password must be 14 characters in length.

Once done press continue to confirm password reset.

Step 7 - You will then be asked to fill in your email and new password in order to log in. As a final security check. Whenever a password reset is confirmed, the platform will ask you to confirm your date of birth before allowing you to log in.
