While you are an active member of the retirement plan, your profile details will be updated by your Employer, however you can still update your telephone number and secondary email address by following the instructions below.

To add a secondary email address or mobile number click the Menu button on the top right of the screen, followed by Your personal details. This will bring you to the following page.

Here you can edit your phone number, and secondary email address by clicking Edit Personal Details. If you need to amend your personal details such as your address, primary email address etc. please inform your employer of this and they can make this change on your behalf.

How do I change my password?

Click the Menu button on the top right of the screen, followed by Security Options. This will bring you to the following page where you can create a new password.

On your Portal Dashboard, click on Expression of wish to tell us who should be the beneficiary of your pension.
